After the ECA Rules
meeting was held in August 2017, Cricket Australia (CA) released a number of
changes to the CA Youth Pace Bowling Guidelines (Guidelines). The
Guidelines form the basis of ECA Rule 3.21 which limit the number of overs
bowled by under-age medium pace or faster bowlers in a spell and in a
day.
The Guidelines can
be found on the CA website: http://community.cricket.com.au/coach/training-session-ideas/pace-bowling-guidelines
The limit of maximum consecutive overs in any one spell
